IGB electronics company introduced the Brazilian Electronica Android operating system phones under the brand name IPhone Gradiente on Tuesday (18/12/2012). The first line of IPhone IGB named Neo One. In a press release IGB, they give details of the hardware specs and prices IPhone Neo One. The phone has a 3.7-inch 320x480 pixel resolution, 2GB internal memory, 5MP camera, and supports Dual SIM. All that running with Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) and the Brazilian real appreciated 599 or approximately $ 0.284974

In 2000, the IGB IPHONE filed trademark registration in the National Institute for Intellectual Property, Brazil (National Institute of Industrial Property / INPI). IGB gets and holds the exclusive rights to the brand IPHONE on January 2, 2008, to manufacture and market the brand in 2018.
IGB said they did not immediately put IPHONE brand because the company focused on restructuring the organization for continued efforts hampered due to financial problems.
Means, IGB trademark IPhone gets only about a year after Apple launched the first generation iPhone in 2007, and several months after the Android version 1.0 beta released.
Brand Gradiente itself is quite well known in Brazil. According to the company statement, including the first Gradiente business start CD, DVD, and has other interests in TV and video games.
The use of the brand is expected to make the iPhone Apple's furious. However, while Apple is still reluctant to comment.
